On April 1st, an update will be released for the Complete Diagnostics Remote VCI. This update introduces multiple LED status colours and improved alerts, making it easier for workshop users to instantly understand the current status.
From this release onwards, the Complete Diagnostics Remote VCI will visually communicate the ticket status using multiple LED colours. Existing indicators remain unchanged, while new colours provide clearer information about the current process and any required actions.
When action is required: The alert sound will now repeat every 30 seconds instead of playing only once.
The sound can be stopped by: Pressing the back button on the the Complete Diagnostics Remote VCI, or when the user interacts via the Customer Portal (confirming an action)
